Cancellation Policy

Service Agreement BrandKnew Detailing – Liability Disclaimer By requesting or receiving services from BrandKnew Detailing, LLC (“BrandKnew”), the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following: No Liability for Pre-Existing Conditions BrandKnew is not liable for any scratches, dents, paint defects, oxidation, chipping, peeling, clear-coat failure, or any other pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Vehicles with aging, weak, or improperly maintained paint may experience additional paint loss, chipping, scratching, or clear coat removal during normal detailing procedures. BrandKnew is not responsible for such outcomes. No Liability for Damage Revealed During Service If defects or damage become visible or worsen as a result of washing, decontamination, polishing, or any other detailing service, the customer understands that this is due to pre-existing conditions and BrandKnew holds no liability. Photo Documentation & Pre-Damage Reports BrandKnew conducts thorough photo documentation and pre-service damage reports before work begins. Photos and reports are available to customers and can be provided by phone call or email upon request. Customer Agreement By allowing BrandKnew to perform services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this disclaimer, and release BrandKnew Detailing, LLC from liability for the issues described above. Prices may very depending on dirtiness of vehicle (interior and exterior)
